Written in totally clear English, it is the direct professional step by step test procedure, and includes all component locations, identification, and access. Only a multi-meter and some test leads are required in addition.    

PS: the vacuum hose sold with other peoples' "repair" kits is worth about $1.85 --- save the shipping!  After you've changed all three vacuum lines (including the one inside the car), if it still doesn't work then download here, and have it fixed in the morning.
