SHIPPING: all US-bound orders: At Falconworks we can generally ship web-orders in the next few business days. Please let us know ((520)294-3572, you will not get a robot during business hours!) if you need something especially fast and we'll do our best to help. Shipping and handling charges are combined, and so may seem high for very small orders, however we do not charge a minimum order fee.
SHIPPING: International, commercial, and overnight shipping:
International shipping: if there are difficulties with web orders, make certain you have first selected your county on checkout. International orders may not ship for several days.
Australia clients will find that the automatic APIs for the shipping cost estimator are way too high: please email us with your complete shipping address and the product you wish to purchase, and we will get you a corrected carriage cost estimate.
Overnight shipping: Requests for any Overnight Service, where possible, requires that you phone your order in to our offices before noon, Arizona time, at 520-294-3572. Overnight orders placed on this website will be treated as urgent, but may not ship same-day.
Falconworks accepts returns of new (unused) product at any time for any reason:
But will credit ONLY the cost of the product and applicable tax: we do NOT credit shipping in or out. Shipping costs are wholly at your risk. For return of defective products, please call our offices at the number on the Contact Us page for authorization.
Downloads and software cannot be returned: all sales are final ... for obvious reasons.
